I wonder if I am low on potassium and vitamin C- I seem to have a lot of potato and peppers this week.....
sunday: maple mustard chicken thighs, roasted potatoes, peppers and onions, salad
monday: baked potato bar (chili, broc and cheese, bacon), salad
tuesday: BBQ sandwiches (leftover meat in the freezer from the pulled pork a few weeks ago), oven fries, grapes, vegies
wednesday: Scott cooks. chicken fajitas, chips and salsa, grapes
thursday: Scott cooks. tator tot hotdish, mixed vegies
friday: Friday Night Pizza Night: Thai chicken pizza, sliced cucumbers/peppers
saturday: cajun chicken pasta, rolls
