Menu Plan Monday

Sunday: Pork roast with rosemary and garlic, carrots, acorn squash
Monday: Turkey and black bean enchiladas, salad
Tuesday: Greek chicken thighs, quinoa, vegies
Wednesday: Scott cooks. Breakfast for Dinner- TBD
Thursday: Scott cooks. Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad
Friday: Pizza Night
Saturday: Ham and Havarti potatoes, green beans
