Menu Plan Monday

Sunday: Pork tenderloin with spicy apricot glaze, smashed yukon gold potatoes, carrots, corn bread
Monday: Leftover Lasagna, garlic bread salad
Tuesday: Out
Wednesday: Scott cooks. Vegetable Beef soup (with leftover prime rib), rolls
Thursday: Scott cooks. Tacos, fruit
Friday: Pizza night
Saturday: Chicken stir fry, egg rolls, rice
