Menu Plan Monday

While I'm not having a true pantry month, I am really working on clearing out the freezers and trying to use what I have.



Sunday: Leftover Prime Rib Roast (from the freezer), baked potatoes, carrots


Monday: Breakfast for Dinner: Bacon and Egg Sandwiches, Smoothies


Tuesday:Chorizo and Black Bean Soup, cornbread (skipped it this week- made beef and vegie soup instead)


Wednesday: Scott Cooks. Swedish Meatballs (meatballs are already made in the freezer- heat up in sauce and serve- I think he can handle it!), egg noodles, mixed vegies (skipped it this week- leftovers)


Thursday: Scott Cooks. Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad



Friday: Boursin Chicken, fingerling potatoes, green beans



Saturday: Basketball Tournament Weekend- Schedule depends on how they play- Out?
